Turnout control installation

I have been installing some turnout controls, with mixed results. The Bullfrog is the best bet and works perfectly, but unfortunately, requires a hole to be drilled before the turnout is installed. In trying to install controls after the turnout is installed, I’ve been experimenting with slide switches which mostly works fine. One of the curved turnouts suffered damage in the course of installation, so that will have to be replaced. If I have to remove a turnout, I’ll definitely drill the hole for the Bullfrog; it’s worth it. I had one turnout with a pre-drilled hole under it and the Bullfrog installed with ease.
